This artistic sculpture by De Rosa Rinconada depicts a Cockatoo Parrot. Cockatoos are parrots of Malaysian origin, with a characteristic crest, among the most particular and beloved birds, highly social and long-lived, they are often associated with symbolisms linked to longevity, loyalty and nature. Internationally known and appreciated for its unique and original design, the De Rosa Rinconada collection is one of the finest examples of avant-garde contemporary ceramics. De Rosa Rinconada creations are artistically hand-sculpted and minutely detailed in fine ceramic material decorated with enamels and 18 kt gold and platinum. In this sculpture the tones of the cockatoo range from cream white, with shades of yellow, gold, orange. The dimensions of the sculpture (width x length x height) are 10 cm x 6 cm x 12 cm.
